Leadership White County - 2014 Give Now
Things to Consider
When to Give
You may create your fund now, establish it in your will, or create it through a trust
arrangement that could benefit your family as well as charity. Tax deductions are
earned at the time of your gift, while grants awarded from your fund will continue
into the future.

What to Give
Almost any kind of asset can be used to start your fund. We can also discuss options
such as bequests, charitable remainder trusts, and charitable lead trusts.  Click on
this link to see different ways to give.

Name Your Fund
You may choose the name of your fund.  You might choose a family name, which
honors the family’s commitment to the community and encourages the next
generation to continue that commitment. You might choose a name that describes
your fund’s charitable purpose or provides inspiration.  The name of your grant will
be carried on with every grant awarded from your fund…forever.

Choose a Type of Fund
We offer a variety of fund types to meet our donors' different charitable interests.

Consult Your Professional Advisor
We always encourage you to consult your professional advisor when considering
charitable gifts.  We are committed to partnering with you and your advisor to best
accomplish your wishes.
